Thermal storage oxidation case Shanxi

        A coal mine in Huainan uses high-temperature hot air generated by gas oxidation to dry coal slime;
        This project is equipped with four sets RT30 oxidation systems, covering an area of 2250m2, processing pure methane 1680Nm3/h.
         It can process 400,000 tons of coal slime per year and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 150,000 tons per year.

        A coal mine in Shanxi uses high-temperature hot air generated by gas oxidation to produce saturated steam, supply hot air to the wellhead, and prevent freezing underground;
        This project processes a total of 2100Nm3/h of pure gas and produces 20t/h of steam. The first phase covers an area of 350m2, processes 420Nm3/h of pure methane, and produces 4t/h of steam;
        It can save at least 1.2096 million cubic meters of natural gas each heating season and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 16,300 tons/heating season (One 120 days in the heating season);
        It only takes 20 days from the equipment entering the site to the completion of heating commissioning.
